Mantri Square, the country's largest mall, has been recognized as the Most Admired Shopping Centre of the Year (Marketing & Consumer Promotions), Most Admired Emerging Shopping Centre of the Year (Socially Responsible) and the Most Admired Emerging Shopping Centre of the Year. The awards were conferred on the mall at the Shoppers and Consumers Insights Awards 2012 hosted by CMO Asia held at Mumbai recently.

The Most Admired Shopping Centre of the Year (Marketing & Consumer Promotions) is conferred on a property which uses innovative and effective marketing and promotional techniques in order to keep their customers engaged.

The award for the Most Admired Emerging Shopping Centre of the Year (Socially Responsible) is given to a mall that takes steps towards creating awareness and tackling issues related to social challenges.

Mantri Square also took home the Most Admired Emerging Shopping Centre of Year which is awarded to the shopping centre with the best all round performance.

Jonathan Yach, chief executive officer, PropCare Mall Management, a subsidiary of Mantri Developers, said, “At Mantri Square the shopper is at the centre of all our activities – be it the variety of stores we offer, the marketing promotions done or the causes we support.”

Mantri Square Mall opened in March 2010 and has the patronage of 1.4million shoppers on an average every month.

The mall houses 250 retail outlets with 10,000 brands.
