"Most of our clients are the affluent people from the middle
class and upper-middle class strata of society. The location
of the store is a big advantage for
us as only a particular class of people enter this premises.
We started catering to that particular class," explains
Sanjay.
Eleganza is brand conscious and this is also to their
advantage because it is well known that people these days are
equally brand conscious and demand genuine branded articles.
The market has opened up and grown extensively over the years,
giving ample warning to manufacturers to become quality conscious.
Gifts available here could range anywhere between Rs 100/-Rs
30,000.

do home deliveries free of charge for some of our special customers
who are well known to us," added Sanjay.
Eleganza accepts all credit cards except the Diners
