Anjali Chandran has just released her new boo k
- 'The River has no camera. The book takes a look at God's own
country through the eyes of a young cosmopolitan woman. This
is Anjali's first book, but she says she has always had a wild
imagination and wanted to write. She has dabbled in short stories
all through college and she has a fancy for taking a peek into
people's lives.
The book took Anjali two years to complete and she says that
it never occurred to her to write a book until the idea just
popped into her head. "A door opened somewhere. The right
time and the right story line just happened. It is not written
to impress or preach. It's written like the woman in question
is talking and I am sure readers can relate to that. The basic
idea is that everyone has the key to their own peace, no one
can give it to you, you have to find it within." Incidentally,
she worked with us at Indias-best.com as Senior Content Associate.
Published by Srishti publishers and distributors, the book has
already hit the shelves and is available at leading bookstores
in the city.
