(ACT) was founded in 1999 with a vision to become a pioneering
Indian product development company focusing on overseas business
opportunities and evolve as a global leader in its area of
contemporary technologies like device drivers, embedded solutions,
simulation, networking, telecommunications, porting and developing
system applications.
The company has developed cutting edge technology products like
Bluetooth protocol stack, WAP stack, X.25 protocol stack
and Embedded Java Virtual Machine. ACT is also a
member of the Special Interest Group (SIG) and is ranked fourth
in the top ten bluetooth sites in the world.
ACT's commercial solution division has developed resources in
the areas of banking automation, portal solutions, Web based
applications and application software products. The company
has already developed and launched AMARA, comprehensive hospital
automation software that enables automation of operations in
a hospital. This software has been installed in fifteen hospitals
in the country.
ACT was formed in 1996 as the subsidiary of Adamya Technocrats
that started as a partnership firm in 1992. Adam Technocrats
is focusing on operations within the Indian subcontinent. It
also incorporated Adam Technologies Inc. in USA in March 2000
to concentrate on the IT business in that country.
