From Rs. 0.2 million in 1984-85, MRO-TEK's turnover today stands at Rs.124 crores for the year 2000-2001.

MRO-TEK is the only Indian networking company wit h a full-fledged manufacturing facility. The manufacturingn facility at Electronics City, Bangalore, is geared to produce world-class communication products meeting stringent industry standards.

The facility also houses the manufacturing facility of the Joint-Venture Company, RAD-MRO Manufacturing Ltd. The products manufactured under the joint venture include High-end Digital Modems, 64kb and 2 Mb, Multiplexers and Interface Converters.

The company went public on September 2000, MRO-TEK was the first networking company to hit the Indian Browsers. It raised Rs.238 million through the book building route, which the company will continue to use for expansion of manufacturing facilities, setting up a new corporate office in Bangalore and augmenting long term working capital resources.
