He started the company with the backing of his sixteen years
of software experience. WebSpectrum Software Pvt. Ltd was incorporated
in 1997 and has been professionally managed to provide IT solutions
in the areas of Networking, Networking Management and Distributed
Object Computing.
Rathnakumar Kayyar has worked with DSC Communication Corp,
Plano in Dallas, TX on telecom network management project.
Being a co-founder of the Supernova Software Pvt Ltd, he led
a team developing a general-purpose data acquisition and process
control product. As a part
of the product development team in Hewlett-Packard, he
has given consultations on different telecom projects. He headed
many projects in developing Element Management System, Q3
agents and Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) and
has worked with Internet solutions providers in setting up network
and service management solutions.
He has been offering training in Telecom Management Network(TMN) covering topics like
Guidelines for Definition of Management Objects (GDMO), Common
Management Information Service element and Protocol (CMIS/CMIP),
Association Control Service Element (ACSE) and Open System Interconnection
(OSI).
With his team, which is referred to as network management people,
he offers distributed management solutions using state-of-the-art
technology for a large number of clients located in and out
of India
