AACMEE INDIA DETECTIVES is a professional Intelligence and Analysis Agency which cannot be clubbed under the broad umbrella of common Security Agencies which are merely labour contracts dealing with the peripheries of business. Headed by Brig. P.T. Monappa, V.S.M (Retd) an Ex Military Intelligence officer with an unblemished record of service in the Indian Army. He has also worked with IB, R & AW, CBI, COD & POLICE officials at national and international levels. Having gained experience by working for two reputed private detective agencies after his tenure with the Intelligence corps of Indian Army, he established AACMEE INDIA DETECTIVES in 2005 which is a conglomeration of Ex CBI, IB, R&AW, COD & POLICE officials.

About our Clients

We generally deal with only reputed companies and clients from the higher strata of the educated society. While due to our commitment and sincerity of approach to each case, we charge premium rates, money and profits are not our only consideration. We attach great importance for moral codes, honesty and integrity of reporting the correct information and picture to our clients.

What our clients should know about detective jobs/ investigations

The detective job is a very tough job. This is highly risky and dangerous to our operators. It is also costlier than anticipated. Therefore it is imperative that the clients should choose a company based on caliber, position, integrity proven track record and commitment of the person. The information given by the client to the company needs to be handled at the highest level by responsible officials with adequate experience and a very high degree of moral and ethical values. This has to be assessed and gauged by the client only through discussions across the table with the official concerned. Most of the clients are First Timers who are apprehensive and have inhibitions to approach a Detective Agency, since they feel that they are taking the risk of exposing themselves to an unknown person and rightly so.

Caution to clients

It is therefore incumbent on the part of the client to project their case in complete honesty to the official, whom he or she is handing over the case to. This enables the latter to draw a correct picture. The person and the company one is dealing with must have the highest credibility, which is our watch word. There are fly-by-night detective agencies in our country that resort to monetary gains against performance delivery.

Each case is taken over, analyzed, assigned, supervised and monitored thoroughly by our leader himself to ensure foolproof reporting and maintenance of confidentiality by engineering appropriate cut out at all stages.

Requirements/ Formalities by the client

As brought out earlier, we expect our client to be transparent and furnish maximum information about the suspect/subject/target so that empirical details can be used by our investigators and analyzers to draw a cohesive picture and develop a suitable cover story or alibi to approach the subject if situation demands. Towards this, the client is expected to fill in the attached form containing pen picture of the subject and also include any other information/details which he/she may think will help us in our surveillance/ investigation as per appendix A. We charge a consultancy fee for Rs 1000- pet hour for the complete discussion, explain our Modus Operandi. The amount will be adjusted against payment by the client once the case is taken over/assigned. Besides, there are three other forms to be signed by the client depending on the case as per Appendix B, C & D respectively.

Modus Operandi

Generally, as a thumb rule, all cases start with surveillance of the location, individual or trailing of the mode of conveyance as the case may be. Irrespective of the details given by the client it is important to reassess and confirm relevant factors before we formulate our plan and obtain a final mosaic. The period of surveillance generally depends on the given information and details provided by the client. For example scantier the details more number of days of surveillance will be required. However, a minimum period of five to seven days maybe required for most of the cases.

Remuneration

The fee charged for each case will depend on the number of days, efforts in terms of manpower, equipment, vehicles, planning, supervision level, requirement personal involvement at higher level, cultivation of new roles relevant to the target, accessibility to target , incidental expenditure and payoff, analysis and hazard/risk factor as also already exposed cases. This can be worked out and quoted only when the client undertakes to fill in appendix A and explain through complete case for the detective to formulate his plan after payment of the consultation fee 60% of the fee needs to be paid in advance and the rest is to be paid prior to collecting the report.
