A survey was conducted by ORG-MARG assigned by INDIA TODAY
to identify the best 10 colleges in India in the field of Arts,
Science, Commerce, Law, Engineering and Medicine. The ratings
were based on the opinion poll conducted by academic experts
and the factual data furnished by the colleges. 350 experts
at the level of principals, heads of departments and deans from
Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune
and Lucknow were called in to calculate the score and over 400
colleges were considered for the ratings
