TTCE logoTrade and Technology Centre for Electronics (TTCE) was set up conjointly by the Government of Karnataka and the Consortium of Electronic Industries of Karnataka. The Department of Electronics, Govt. of India, is also their sponsor. TTCE's objectives is to boost trade opportunities and increase technological competitiveness for the Electronic / IT Enabled Services Industries.

Primarily, TTCE is funded by the Government of Karnataka and Electronic Industries. It is run by a Governing Council and has representatives from the Department of Electronics, Department of Commerce and Industries and private sector Electronic and Software Companies.

Quality Procedure

TTCE defines Quality as "The totality of Features and Characteristics of a product or service that bear on its ability to satisfy stated or implied needs." The policy is equally applicable to each and every department of TTCE. Total Customer Satisfaction is its goal. TTCE aims to make its services and products competitive in Quality, Delivery and Cost and strives towards Continuous Quality Improvement.

Vision statement

  • To be amongst the top companies in the world and globally competitive in the chose field of business through focussed growth and emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • To establish a unique and distinct identity from other competitors as the reliable, customer responsive and supplier of trouble free quality service as per given specifications, usage, with a quality guarantee.
  • To share full information with customers on technical parameters, quality control and efficient after-sales services by providing regular bulletins, pamphlets and by, encouraging customer visits to our facilities. To create and maintain a fool-proof system of personal contacts with all potential and present customers.
  • Immediate redressal of customer grievances.

    Mission statement
  • To establish a transparent system of planning, execution, reporting, valuation and follow-up action.
  • To engage only worthy candidates, provide appropriate and adequate training and ensure independent working. Adopt "promote from within policy".
  • To set clear individual and corporate goals. Regularly monitor and enforce the same without exception.
  • To ensure a happy work environment, satisfied work force with enthusiastic self-participation.
  • To create trustful and mutually beneficial relationship with customers.
  • To prepare immediate, mid-term and long-term plans. These must be exhaustive, step by step, easy-to-understand and clearly achievable.
  • To Provide all reasonable tools required for implementing the goals.
  • To set clear procedures for early forecast and impending failure warning systems before the event occurs.
  • To fix clear responsibility for all individuals in the organisation with rewards and failure consequence rules.
  • To encourage inter departmental discussions and mutually solving of all problems. If there is a need to refer to seniors, which is welcomed, these proposals should be brought with various alternative suggestions.
  • To ensure full financial control and discipline at all levels.
  • To always properly close all matters with final reports, investigation results, action taken and suggestions system modifications to avoid reoccurrence.
