Trade
and Technology Centre for Electronics (TTCE) was set up
conjointly by the Government of Karnataka and the Consortium
of Electronic Industries of Karnataka. The Department of Electronics,
Govt. of India, is also their sponsor. TTCE's objectives is
to boost trade opportunities and increase technological competitiveness
for the Electronic / IT Enabled Services Industries.
Primarily, TTCE is funded by the Government of Karnataka and
Electronic Industries. It is run by a Governing Council and
has representatives from the Department of Electronics, Department
of Commerce and Industries and private sector Electronic and
Software Companies.
Quality Procedure
TTCE defines Quality as "The totality of Features and Characteristics
of a product or service that bear on its ability to satisfy
stated or implied needs." The policy is equally applicable to
each and every department of TTCE. Total Customer Satisfaction
is its goal. TTCE aims to make its services and products competitive
in Quality, Delivery and Cost and strives towards Continuous
Quality Improvement.

various alternative suggestions.
