MMonsoon is done up in stark yet vibrant lines.onsoon is a welcome addition to the exclusive list of restaurants that make the experience of eating a real pleasure. It is a part of the chain of boutique hotels of The Park Hotel. They offer a style and unmatched quality of service, which is combined with the special appeal their contemporary look elicits.

And why the unusual name 'Monsoon'? The restaurant evokes the various moods of the stormy monsoon that strikes the southern coast of India and South East Asia. The menu offers an array of delectable coastal cuisine.

The food is authentic and prepared by experts who insist on high standards of health and quality. The dishes are subtly flavored, made from the freshest ingredients to capture the essence of distant shores. The carefully chosen menu is in keeping with the equally intriguing and unusual décor of the restaurant.

The interiors have been designed by Conran & Partners, UK, and echo the ethos that is distinctive of Park hospitality. It aims to provide world-class services with a uniquely Indian touch.

We had an opportunity to indulge our taste buds with exotic dishes from Thailand. They also cater to those who prefer flavours for Indian palates with homegrown specialities like 'Pork Vindaloo' and lip-smacking seafood menu.

They have a mouth-watering array of starters and desserts to complement the sumAbijit Saha, Executive Chef ptuous main course. Chef Abhijit Saha is well known for his culinary expertise acquired from the world over. He lays emphasis on presentation of food, which reflects his trademark innovative spirit.
