in an interview to bangalorebest.com said that his f ather,
Krishna Reddy started Nagarjuna Residency in 1985 and
today it has three branches: Nagarjuna Residency on Residency
Road, Nagarjuna Savoy on Residency Road Cross, and another
Nagarjuna Chimney in Jayanagar 3rd Block. For tasty Biryani,
Chicken and Mutton curries all the three hotels are renowned
in the city. Very recently the Nagarjuna Group of Restaurants
have got a tie up with the Food World Super Market and opened
an outlet in each of the 12 Food World Super Markets in Bangalore.
Mohan Reddy personally takes care of the kitchen
operations on a closed TV circuit. They take great care while
buying the rice, since it is the main item in both the vegetarian
and non-vegetarian meals. "We know the quality of rice since
we are still growing in Andhra Pradesh. We select the best
rice," Mohan Reddy says. That is why the hotel has
dedicated customers. "We also take up outdoor catering," he
added.
Mohan Reddy said that the Nagarjuna Group
of Restaurants had supplied lunch at Hrithik Roshan's
wedding held recently in Bangalore. "Every actor from Bollywood
who attended the wedding appreciated our food, especially the
rasam," Mohan Reddy stated with pride.
