what the city of the future has been waiting for - a tech-savvy
pub! Sparks is another addition to the pub-city, Bangalore.
The pub, a unit of Savera Hotels Limited, was opened recently
on Brigade Road amid much fan fare, where Managing Director of
Savera Hotels, A Ravikumar Reddy welcomed the guests. Its central
location and modern facilities are likely to prove a crowd puller.
Sparks has what has become a usual feature in most pubs - television
circuits that provide a closer view to every body seated in the
pub. According to Ravikumar Reddy, Spark's speciality lies
in its latest light and sound technology from across the globe.
He sai d
that the pub has a plush aesthetic environment that promises to
become a milestone in the city of pubs. "It is different, it
is new and it is tech-savvy," he said.
Sparks has a balcony from where pub-hoppers can view the dance
or other entertainment programmes taking place on the ground floor
while sipping their favourite drink. Attractive pictures adorn the
staircase walls leading to the balcony. The interior décor
is noteworthy. The comfortable seats with cushions and sparkling
white innovative metal-topped tables match the reflective glasswork
on the walls of the pub.
The waiters at the pub are all dressed in sparkling golden waistcoats,
perhaps to go  with
the pub's name. The liquor bar and snack-counters is placed at convenient
proximity to the main hall and balcony of the pub. It's not just
the interiors that have 'sparks' aplenty. As daylight fades, the
entrance is tastefully lit up with colourful neon lights.

compliment to this effort," says Ravikumar Reddy.
There is more to draw pub hoppers to this place than just the first
rate liquor available here. The ambience, the service, the feeling
