Food Myths and Diet Tips
Wear what others like, Eat what you like.

I wonder, if this holds any good in the present time.
We the people today, are health conscious, as well as, body conscious.

Never the less, we dedicatedly overburden ourselves with certain unplanned diet formulas and food myths.

Certain Food Myths that can be sent to the 'Recycle Bin':

  • Zero-fat diets are best for the body-- absolutely not! some fat is essential for our body.
  • Crash dieting makes weight loss faster-- and it could also lead to permanent organ damage.

Some Important No's:

  • Do not sprinkle extra salt over cooked food.
  • Be a nibbler not a foodie at every meal.
  • Don't use the same oil for re-frying or cooking.

Here then, It's important that you keep your meals fulfilling, interesting and balanced.
