Karnataka State Industrial Investment and Development Corporation (KSIIDC) is a premier State Level Industrial Development Corporation established under the Companies Act in 1964. KSIIDC is wholly owned by the Government of Karnataka undertaking with share capital, including share application money of Rs 112.44 crores. IT also is an ISO 9002 company, recognised by IDBI as Category "A" IDC. It has its head office at Bangalore and branch offices at Hubli, Mysore, Mangalore and Gulbarga.
