Since 1980, KOAPA (renamed CREDAI Karnataka on April 1st, 2010) has safeguarded the interests of real estate developers and builders while protecting the rights of buyers and home owners around the state of Karnataka. CREDAI Bangalore is an exclusive body that grants membership by invitation alone. Invitation is extended to formally established companies with successful projects underway.
CREDAI Bangalore gives voice to its members and is responsible for communicating with Government Agencies, Trade Bodies and other Authorities on issues directly affecting the sector. Apart from Bangalore, the association also addresses District level problems, through its District Association Membership route. Members meet on a regular basis to share industry information, address and resolve any concerns.
Bangalore's vertical growth spree can be attributed to the foresight of CREDAI's eight founders, who set the path for real estate developers across the state.
Code of Ethics
Code of Ethics is a document of principles that binds all CREDAI Bangalore members. It is the most important founding stone of the association and has been included in the proposed Real Estate Regulatory Act.
This document lists the guidelines and a mandatory set of laws that all members have to implement and abide by.
