Nature Surf Adventures

NatureWhat happens when a group of serious adventure lovers get together? Predictably, they would go on a trek or start an adventure club. Girish, Rajesh, Mohan and Chandru, one such group of friends from Manjunathnagar, started Nature Surf Adventurers (NSA) in 1998 with the aim of educating the younger generation about environmental issues and the need for its protection. They conduct regular camps in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu all round the year.

NSA has its own curriculum. The club hires professionals to train young campers in rock climbing, aqua sports, mountaineering, cycling and other activities like cave exploration, coastal hiking, etc. Here, the safety of the participants is given top priority.

NSA, which is a non-governmental organisation, has a tie up with The Seed Trust of Tamil Nadu - a member of the Green World Environment, funded by the United States of America. NSA is totally into environment & green world development. The club has plans to expand its adventure activities to other states as well.
