An 18 hole champion golf course
spread over 125 acres of lush green land, close to Bangalore
airport, KGA attracts innumerable golfers from all over
the world. It has been the venue for the South Indian junior
and sub-junior golf tournaments. The age group of participants
range from 6 - 17 years. It was heartening to see so many young
children interested in a sport such as golf, which is considered
to be a game for the elite. The youngest golfer there was Master
Sahil Dewan, who is yet to turn six, but knows the right
way to 'putt' it.
