Learn Karate for Self Defence
Karate is an art of self defence. You never know when you are required to implement this art. So, to be on the safer side, it is advisable to know how to defend yourself in difficult situations.

SShihan B Ramesha with his studentshihan B. Ramesha, a professional Karate expert, trains the students in the Shotokan and Shitoryu styles (Japanese). Getting his V Dan Black Belt in 1995, Ramesha is well-versed in this martial art and guarantees to develop better flexiblity and fitness among his students.

He says, "Age is not a barrier for learning Karate. Anyone can learn it. To get a Black Belt, one needs to learn for around 3-4 years."Ramesha also provides advanced training with weapons (Chinese style) once the student has achieved the Brown Belt. He uses Sai, Tonfa, Butterfly Sword, Nan-Chaku and various other weapons.

Free Hand TrainingStudents practicing Karate
Fee : Rs.100/- per month
Batches : Thursday & Saturday - 6.00 pm to 7.30 pm
Sunday - 6.30 am to 9.00 am

Weapons Training
Fee : Rs.5000/- (including weapons)
Batches: Sunday - 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm
