The Confederation on Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI), Karnataka, along with the national body CREDAI-India has embarked upon 'Mission Transparency' with an aim to bring clarity and speed in the system.

"Our country is now the focus of attention for investments where transparency holds great significance. India has the best environment for inflow of investment. However, to strengthen the transparency procedure in the real estate market.

CREDAI along with CREDAI-India has embarked upon such steps to achieve transparency in the industry and this would be the greatest value addition to all the concerned," Sushil Mantri President, CREDAI-Karnataka said. Sharing the details of the mission, he said that first they would create a comprehensive list of all the documents required to be submitted for verification purposes for various NOCs to get the plan sanctioned.
